  • External Outgoing from Supervisor to Manager: The manager does not have the "approve" option when receiving external outgoing requests from a supervisor.
  • Internal Letter Routing for Employees: When a user with the role "Employee" in levels 1, 2, or 3 initiates an internal memo, it is sent directly to the destination without going through the manager for approval. as We discussed that only users with the role "Manager" in levels 1, 2, or 3 should send directly after adding their signature and stamp to the template.
  • Delegated User Internal Letter Routing: Delegated users initiating new internal memos are directed to the undersecretary instead of going directly to the destination.
  • Email Notification for Correspondence Reception: Implement a feature to send an email notification to any user once they receive a correspondence in their inbox.

  • Administration Manager Workflow: If an administration manager starts internal memo or external outgoing it goes directly to the destination, but if she/he starts a leave (except sick and child Accompany) it will go first to the sector manager for approval.
  • Document Permissions: Add sender and receiver groups to document access permissions.
  • Leave Document Rename: Rename the leave created document to be with requester name instead of a reference number to make it easier to identify.
  • User Validation: Validate user name and role to prevent duplication.
  • Dashboard: Added system dashboard.
  • Circulars and Decisions Workflows: Add a step in the Circulars and Decisions workflow which is to forward to the Legal Administration Manager for approval after the Sector Manager step and before the General Manager Approval.
  • Circulars and Decisions Screens: Added Circulars, Administrative Decisions, and Ministerial Decisions screens.
  • Sick Leaves Workflow: The workflow for sick leaves goes directly from the employee requesting it to the leaves department employee.
  • Leaves Template: Added Emergency, Medical Council, Leave Modification, and Leave Cancelation to the leaves template.
  • Correspondence Tracking: Enabled correspondence tracking screen for General Manager.
  • External Incoming Screen: Enabled External Incoming screen for the General Manager.
